Main objective of DELTATURK is to complete a quality product on time and within budget by working in a safe environment and utilizing the best practices with a pro-active and flexible approach for a continuous Client satisfaction.

• Safety & Security: Project safety is utmost importance. It is the primary responsibility of all involved in our projects to strive for an accident free environment and to eliminate the potential loss of life, injury, property damage, or lost time, which can arise from unsafe working conditions. In addition, all security requirements shall be followed without exception and ensure that integrity of the site security is intact during the project operations.
• Environmental Awareness: We believe that how we care for the environment today affects both current and future generations. We accept responsibility for doing our best, to maintain awareness and minimize adverse environmental impacts from construction operations.
• Schedule: Full project completion should be achieved within the targeted duration. Project team identifies all major milestones and the procedures in order to achieve them.
• Quality: Our philosophy is to assure that the Project poses the highest level of quality. With constant and competent supervision with continuous communication at all times, all work items could be done correctly the first time achieving the required quality level.
• Cost & Budget: Another goal of our multi-target approach is to complete the project within the Contract Amount. For this, it is essential for all team members to be involved in the project as early as possible and proper cost control methods should be implemented and monitored closely.
